Quote Recovery · Written outreach for service companies
Your CRM already has the next deal. It just went cold.
Every service company has quotes it sent and never closed. We reopen those conversations in writing, under your brand, and hand your sales team only the prospects who respond with real interest.
Where the opportunity comes from
A sales team moves fast. Once a quote goes unanswered for a few weeks, it drops off the priority list — not because the prospect said no, but because nobody had time to ask again.
That quote is still sitting in the CRM. The contact still exists. The need that made them ask for a price in the first place usually hasn't gone away — it just needs one more written nudge, at the right moment.
- Quotes sent in a typical 30-day window
- 500
- Never followed up after the first no-reply
- ~60%
- Dormant records worth reopening
- ~300
Illustrative estimate, not a guaranteed result. Actual reply rates depend on your industry, list quality and how long the quotes have been dormant.
One service, done properly
We don't cold-call and we don't touch your live deals. We work the quotes that already went quiet.
For commercial service companies
Quote Recovery
We identify the quotes sitting dormant in your CRM, reopen the conversation in writing under your brand and voice, and route every qualified reply straight to your sales team to close.
- 30-day pilot on up to 500 dormant records
- $1,250 — half at start, half on day 15
- Written outreach only, under your brand and voice
- Qualified replies returned to your sales team, not ours
- Read-only guest access to your CRM — no write permissions, ever
- Built for janitorial and commercial cleaning firms, 10–100 staff
How the pilot actually runs
Nothing touches your live pipeline, and nothing sends without your sign-off on the message.
-
You grant read-only guest access
A guest login to your CRM with view-only permissions — never write, never edit, never delete. We can see dormant quotes; we cannot change your records or your active pipeline.
No CRM? A spreadsheet export of dormant quotes works the same way. -
We flag the records worth reopening
Quotes with no follow-up past your chosen window (typically 60–120 days), still-active contacts, and no note marking the deal as lost or closed.
-
You approve the message once
One written template, in your voice and under your brand, before anything goes out. No script gets sent without your sign-off.
-
We send, you never see the noise
We handle every send and every non-reply. Only the prospects who respond with real interest get routed to your sales team, with the original quote attached.
-
You decide on day 15
A checkpoint with real numbers — how many sent, how many replied, how many are worth closing — before the second half of the pilot fee is due.
Why work with us
Written, not cold calls
No phone scripts, no robocalls. Every touch is a written message your prospect can read, forward or ignore on their own time.
Your brand, your voice
Messages go out signed as your company, in the tone you approve — not a generic vendor blast.
Read-only, always
Guest-level CRM access only. We can't touch your live pipeline, your other contacts, or anything beyond the dormant quotes we're working.
An accountant runs the numbers
Founded by a Contador Público. Reply rates and pipeline value are reported plainly, not dressed up.
Who this is built for
The pilot is scoped for a specific kind of company. Outside that profile, we'll say so before you pay anything.

Outside this profile? Write to us anyway — we'll tell you honestly if the model still fits.
Questions people ask first
How do you get into our CRM?
You create a guest login with read-only, view-only permissions — the same kind of restricted access you'd give an outside auditor. We can see the dormant quotes we're working; we cannot edit records, add users, change settings, or touch your active pipeline.
You can revoke that access at any point during or after the pilot, no questions asked. If your CRM doesn't support guest roles, a plain export of the dormant records works instead.
Will this look like spam to our old prospects?
No mass blasts and no purchased lists — only people who already asked your company for a quote. Every message carries a real reply-to address, a physical address and an opt-out, and you approve the wording before anything sends.
What does the pilot cost?
$1,250 for a 30-day pilot on up to 500 dormant records — half to start, half on day 15 once you've seen real reply numbers. No percentage of closed deals, no long-term contract.
What happens to a reply once we get one?
It goes straight to whoever on your sales team you name, with the original quote attached and the context of why we reached out. We don't negotiate, quote or close on your behalf — that stays with your team.
We don't have a CRM, just spreadsheets. Does this still work?
Yes. A spreadsheet export of quotes older than your chosen follow-up window is all we need — no CRM login required in that case.
What happens after the 30 days?
You get a plain report: records worked, replies received, deals worth pursuing. You decide from there whether to run another batch, hand it to your own team, or stop — no obligation either way.
Tell us about your dormant quotes
Your company name, roughly how many quotes go quiet each month, and what you use to track them — CRM or spreadsheet. That's enough for us to scope the pilot.
We reply in writing, in English or Spanish. No obligation, and no request for CRM access before we've talked.
